  Michelle at a better solution organized and performed an estate sale last month for my parents house in South Gate. There was an overwhelming amount of Antiques and collectibles, to my mind. Michelle and her small but extremely efficient crew sorted priced and sold probably 90% of all contents. I believe the reason for Michelle success is Michelle herself. I had three leads to call. She was the first one to return my call of the three she was the only one that had a personal interest in the sale. Her contract was simple, straightforward, and complied with to the letter. I’ve been in Sales 40 years, never have I had a simpler or more straightforward Transaction. I’ve referred her business to a relative in a similar situation. Highly recommend.

  A Better Solution Estate Sales handled the dispostion of my parent's estate in Long Beach. Michelle responded quickly, clearly explained her process and had a simple contract. Other companies I contacted wanted as much as 70% of the proceeds, had complex contracts and only offered a 1-day sale. So it was an easy choice!

  When Michelle said that they typically sell 80% of your stuff, I did not believe it. Well, it’s true! I was amazed at the sheer volume that they were able to move in a short 2-day sale. She also has a knack for sorting and displaying goods to maximize viewing, her website photos for advertising the upcoming sale were very effective. She knows her local market and was able to price things assertively enough to generate profits yet low enough to make them move. We couldn’t have done this on our own, I am so grateful that we found her.
