I’d give them 5 stars but the woman at the front desk was pretty disrespectful over the phone and in person. Even during the event of putting down my animal and making an uneducated disrespectful comment. Single handily ruined my experience there. Other then the woman at the front dest I recommend

- AOAlyssa OrtegaAug 21, 20251.0Called around 12:30 pm this afternoon simply asking if they had an exotic animal doctor at the clinic today as our rabbit is definitely nearing the end and we want him to pass peacefully. Barely got 3 sentences in (just the basics to explain the severity of the situation) and the receptionist repeatedly kept raising her voice to cut me off and rudely let me know they weren’t in until Monday. Understandable but thankfully, Windsor VCA is able to get us in later today to presumably help our little friend cross the rainbow bridge and their receptionist was wonderful. If the receptionist at this location is that obviously miserable over the phone, I couldn’t imagine interacting with them during the checkout process in person after a very hard and sensitive event like that. I’m sure the vets here are great as most VCAs I’ve been to are but whoever I spoke to over the phone is not equipped with the compassion or care to be in this profession.
