Another guy named Matthew was also extremely helpful and kind seeing how frustrated I was, all in all it took three days because of my previous company holding my number and trying to upsell internet to me and trying to keep me with them. But you have some really great people at the Clark and Stowell store 5 stars is an understatement ❤️

Verizon themselves advised me not to use Authorized Retailers, as this is prone to happen. I gave them this store's address, they said they would watch for future illegitimate behavior from them. Either use a Verizon-owned, corporate store, or call Verizon directly. You use this store you're asking for trouble. This is a legitimate, honest review. I'm talking to Verizon as I type this; they are removing services from my lines that this store put on my account without asking me, and which I don't want. Had I not asked Verizon about these I would have continued to pay for them without even realizing it. Customer beware.
