I had the best experience at this verizon store. I had gotten a new replacement phone through my insurance BUT was not able to transfer my esim to my new phone. I went to the verizon store on Betteravia but they just had me use their phone and call customer service for 40 minutes. When i eventually left and came to this store I actually had people help me and find the solution to my problem. Shoutout to Angel he was so helpful and got me out of there in no time with my phone all set.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received from [Tony Perez] at Verizon. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. He was not only incredibly helpful but also honest—he let me know I was still under warranty for a $250 phone replacement, something other Verizon employees at a different store had incorrectly told me I wasn’t.
Tony was amazingly patient with my elderly mother, answering every question she had, no matter how simple. He helped transfer all her data and favorite apps to her new phone and even installed a screen protector we purchased online. He didn’t let us leave until everything was 100% complete, and his professionalism was evident the entire time.
What truly stood out was that he never tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. He treated us like family, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received service like this from Verizon in my life. I’ve been a Verizon customer off and on since 6th grade, and I’m now 39—Tony has set a new standard for what customer service should be.
If you’re lucky enough to be helped by Tony, know that you’re in excellent hands.
