Marcos Perez is one of the best employees verizon could have he helped me out in my need when needing a new phone. He took listen to my needs and put me with the right phone and plan as well. I would have put up a picture but I wrapped them up and put them under the Christmas tree.

I went over to this Verizon location when I got my new replacement phone. When I was not able to transfer my esim to my new phone I headed over to Verizon for help. I was hoping that they would help or atleast identify the problem, however, they just had me on their phone talking to customer service for 40 minutes. I eventually left and headed over to the Verizon store on Broadway and they actually helped me by finding out that the problem was the replacement phone and I had to get a new one. No big deal, i got another replacement phone and went back to this store so they could help me transfer my esim. However, when I was being helped the employee seemed annoyed that I was even there by saying, "have you tried doing it yourself?" I told him I did and that's why I am here, throughout the whole process of him helping me, he kept sighing and looked so annoyed that he was there and told me he couldn't do it. So I left back to store on broadway which I should have done intially and they helped me out in less than 10 minutes. I get it, sometimes we all have a bad day and don't have the energy to have a friendly face at work. But this was the second time I didn't get any support from this store and I probably won't be coming back. It seems like if you don't plan on buying anything from this store they really aren't eager to give you good service. Hopefully you guys actually read the reviews and try to improve.

October 22, 2025: 0 escalation from issues stemming in June 2025. No link to further escalate this issue, no email, nothing. Just a common courtesy of a reply that seems to be possibly apologizing, yet this issue I repeat has not been resolved. As of 2025 I had been with a Verizon for over nine years. This year shows the Lack therefore of, Quality Leadership from this Particular location on Betteravia, Santa Maria, California. June 2025: Original post: We just had a very rude experience. That was honestly my first one here at this location. The Worker attending me literally said the phone plan we have sucks. First and foremost it is The Unlimited Plan. Secondly, she told me it was better if I dialed 611, as she started talking to a nearby coworker no longer (revised:July 11th 2025) attending to any other questions I had to ask. If you happen to be in Orcutt, there is a location there with a 4.8 for Verizon, and the one on North Broadway also has a 4.8. Merci Et Au Revoir In a pick and choose society, we tend to look forward to refrain from doing so. I’d have stayed with Verizon given this transaction went through. I shall repeat, zero escalation was given to fix this issue, and after reading multiple reviews, I have seen multiple cases that were escalated with the same issue.

My husband and I walked in excited about possibly upgrading our phones to the new iphone.... And then Nicole met us at the door. She was anything but welcoming. She kept cutting us off when we were answering her questions as if we were bothering her for being there (take it there was no one else around us. So what's the rush, Nicole?). She asked for my husbands number to check us in and then interrupted him by saying "that's not loud enough". It was rude. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer like that. We're taking our business elsewhere.

I went in yesterday 8/19 because I've been having ongoing issues with my brand new phone. After receiving a replacement phone that was damaged, a tech on Verizon chat told me to keep my chat open and go into the nearest store so they can give me a brand new phone, as I have been on a second level escalation for 3, almost 4 weeks now. The woman, a blonde lady with blue green eyes was an ABSOLUTE awful person. She didn't listen to what I was saying. Just heard, troubleshooting and said I would never receive a brand new phone, I would have to go to Asurion. I said I have the chat open and she said "oh perfect we can look here too to see what they said" and walked over to her manager, I'm assuming, and another man. They were talking about me like I wasn't there. I KNOW this isn't a phone issue, but that's what verizon support sent me there. She said something and I asked her to clarify and she said "let me say it again for you, I'm not taking your phones and you'll have to pay $3,000 if you don't return them" which is what i was TRYING to do. So I gathered my stuff and left. She made it a point to tell me they would be documenting everything. Good. I called verizon and filed a formal complaint on that person. What an awful human. I work in customer service and to be treated SO poorly by her and the fact that the manager (again I'm assuming) didn't even make eye contact with me when talking about my issues that they didn't even take the time to learn about. How disgusting. My husband and I were planning on buying 2 new watches and adding lines if they would have been even just a bit nicer. But no, I am never going to this location ever again. According to her "never in her 11 years of working here has Asurion given anyone a new phone" we'll lady, the calls are recorded as you reminded me and yes, yes they did. I'm also posting this on yelp.
