I asked him to have it written by email to have an official quote, after switching, he stopped responding to email, calls, and sms, my bill came afterward 130-160 $ above the price he put in the quote. Past four months, I spent hours on call with Verizon trying to ask to match the official quote from their store, they would not acknowledge what the store manager Eddie Rodriguez quoted. Please do not use this store, do not do business with them, This is a scam store, scam business manager Eddie Rodrigues. If you are with other providers stay with them, I was with Tmobile, 10/10 quality of network, business, customer services. VERIZON is bad signal, service, and their customer service 0/10. Their store managers are scammers. If Verizon want to compete with other networks, first thing to do is to fire Eddie Rodriquez as he is scamming clients and destroying Verizon. (if you are interested happy to share more details, and my bills >150$ above the quote, see below)
