    My husband called customer service and they told him that the phone that we need it was at this store. He went there and was told they had just sold it. She I arrived I went to store myself and was greeted by a lady. She asked what service I need it and told her that I was told to go get a phone that was available for pick up. She ask to see a confirmation and I told her my husband had it. I asked him to come back inside the store to show them. By this time the other representative come to see the emails and conversations my husband has with the Verizon representative online. He then tells my husband that “ all he sees is that there is a phone available in our store but it doesn’t guarantee that’s available.” Besides I am selling it right now. My husband asked him, “then why did they tell me to come and grab it here?” This guy was like, “I don’t know bro!” At this time I asked him, “can you guys look up another store that might have it?” He was like your giving me attitude!! I got so mad and responded to him like. Who’s giving you attitude? I am here seating down asking you a question! Then my husband asked him so you don’t represent Verizon? You don’t respond in their behalf? He then responds to my husband, “ hey man I don’t know what they told you or what you told them, talk to them don’t talk to me!” I asked whose your manager, he said I am the store manager George. I was like ok. My husband walked out of store and as I was getting up I just walked away and ignored him. He tried to apologize while I was leaving. Moral of the story, DON’T BE A MANAGER IF YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE MISTAKES THAT VERIZON’S REPS. MAKE. At the end of the day VERIZON is paying you. Also no one has attitude. Clearly this manager has an ego problem since he couldn’t handle my husband asking questions that made him uncomfortable to answer on Verizon’s behalf. GEORGE “bad manager” is rude, not helpful and condescending. The lady was fine.

    Yo antes tenia señal de datos móviles aquí en donde vivo en agua Dulce pero vinieron unas personas de la compañía de luz y teléfono a trabajar en la calle y descompuso todos las señales de teléfono celular porque desde hace 3 semanas no tengo señal de teléfono y yo lo necesito por que necesito para llamar para las citas de mis hijos y mías

    They made me pay for a screen protector that didn't fit my phone(70$), they just put it on the phone knowing it didn't fully protect my phone , they gave me an excuse, that my phone had just recently been released n that no one had my screen protector I told them I didn’t want it and they said they couldn't return it, when it was their fault they weren't up to date with the screen protectors. I went to ZAGG the next day and got the right screen protector I had to pay more money to get the right one, all this so they can get their bonus wow!! never went back terrible store.
