- MFmaximiliano fretteJul 17, 20251.0Very very bad service in two Verizon stores in Santa Clarita, I wanted to change a phone and I was so unlucky that both stores were attended to by the same person with a worse lack of customer service knowledge (very short guy , with a beard and without the name batch on the corresponding name on his shirt) the only thing he said is that "you can't change it here, you have to do it by calling Verizon and I don't have that one, so no no no no", when I had already called and customer service and they told me that there they had and they had sent me there to do it. So with this type of people they are going to lose many clients from many years of service.

I came from Tmobile to Verizon and i have been having issue with one of my lines we visited the store about 7 times because the phone kept sos and overall bad service on the phone. All the times we went we got that’s the best i can do .. Like how is that going to fix my issue .. it’s also crazy how the Manager was next to me offering his client the world saying that if he fixes his car he can get him a lot things like come on I’m over here struggling and you guys can’t help me out . Like does bribery have to be in play in order to get the extra mile with service .. all i want is what I’m paying for my 6lines and home internet the supposed best service .. rather go back to Tmobile
