  Went to Verizon to get new Xmas presents and Josh was phenomenal to work with. Made sure we had the most up to date packages, assessed our travel plans and also went through pros and cons of getting my dad an upgrade. Walked out with 3 phones when I really went for 1! I’m not a fan of phone upgrading, so this made the experience that much better! Thanks Josh!

  The new staff at this location is PHENOMENAL! Shout out to Ivan. Super nice and helpful. Told me about a special offer that was on my account, communicated with me over a few days to answer questions. Finally, I went in to upgrade to new iPhone 17s and it was exactly as he had said. No hassle, no changes, no hidden charges. The entire team at this store is now Cellular Sales staff. Most are long-time pros that know the Verizon products, plans, and promotions.

  Jeff was amazing at helping my partner and I add a work phone and iPad. Didn’t have to make an appointment and they had all the inventory we needed. He explained the benefits and changes on my bill and set us up smoothly. Will always go back to this location for any needs with my phone

He was exceptionally easy to communicate with demonstrating deep product knowledge that made the entire process seamless.
