    Fawad Ahmed gave extraordinary honest service today. He helped my family with upgrades and was just straight to the point. As a 20 year Verizon member who almost switched, we highly recommend others to come by this store. He will be our primary for service.

    We’ve been going to this Verizon location for 14 years and usually dreaded the experience. This changed drastically with our latest experience. The manager, Fawad, went above and beyond to help us with our recent upgrade/purchase. He worked directly with customer service on our behalf and got loyalty and other discounts that were never discussed with us in the past. Thank you Fawad!

    Very unfortunate experience where the manager was very condescending and refused to listen to the issue we were having with the service. This service actually triggered my entire family to switch to AT&T. I would suggest checking out all cellphone providers in the plaza before making a decision.

    I went to this Verizon store asking for help transferring my existing phone number to a new device. The store manager refused to help because I did not purchase the phone at this location or open my account here. I went there because the online agent asked and booked the appointment for me. It looks like they only assist customers who buy directly from their store, which is extremely ridiculous. I am still a Verizon customer, and something as basic as helping with a number transfer should not depend on where the phone was purchased. Customer service should be about supporting Verizon customers, not turning them away over store sales policies. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.
