The store manager refused to help because I did not purchase the phone at this location or open my account here. I went there because the online agent asked and booked the appointment for me. It looks like they only assist customers who buy directly from their store, which is extremely ridiculous. I am still a Verizon customer, and something as basic as helping with a number transfer should not depend on where the phone was purchased. Customer service should be about supporting Verizon customers, not turning them away over store sales policies. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.
