- JSJohnny ShenSep 21, 20251.0Really unhelpful staff, we recently tried to active a new phone with an existing Verizon SIM card but it was not registering. We brought the device and SIM into the store hoping to get some help, but the staff basically just said "Call customer service" and gave up.

The in-store rep explained that he wasn't able to help on his end, which I understand, so I asked if he could help me connect to customer support. However, he responded with a resounding no because "he already explained xyz". I understand that everyone has limits to what they can do but to not at least try to help out a customer is extremely frustrating. I am switching carriers.
