    Do not use them for anything, 3rd party store. Go to Del monte corporate store. They will screw your account up / tell you home internet is 30 days free trial but can't cancel it there / help you. Than refuse to refund the sales tax.

    The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I was greeted promptly and not felt the least bit rushed answering my questions and completing my upgrades and purchases. Everything was done correctly the first time plus they helped me pair my new phone to my car. Forget better that that!

    I took my phone in because it was not working properly. Two gentleman worked to resolve the issue for about an hour. Only to learn that it was an Apple issue not a Verizon problem. The guys were very patient and kind. Their customer service was excellent. I have been a Verizon customer for 32 years and it’s because of that kind of service. Thanks again guys for your hard work.
