- NDNya Daniels4 days ago5.0Had a WONDERFUL experience at this store particularly with Bryan and Philip! Went to Del Monte Verizon and had a horrible experience. Everyone that was “working” was unwilling to help or even acknowledge me. However, the staff here in sand city went above and beyond to help me. Not to mention I was greeted the second I walked through the door. Bryan in particular was so kind and patient with me and took the time to help even when he thought it wasn’t something they could do. THIS is the customer service people want! Thank you a million Bryan and Phillip for all your knowledge and insight and mostly for your amazing service! Will CONTINUE to only use this store and it’s awesome employees for my business going forward !

Bryan Esparza looked to see what the best offers there was for my account. He even took down my monthly bill, I got to keep my old phone etc. In the middle of all that they were entertaining my 3 and 5 year old. Everyone in there was genuinely friendly and the whole experience was effortless. With the two toddlers it was one less thing I had to worry about. Bryan did all the work. They were also very patient with my kids and it took a long time for my phone to transfer all my files. After all that I went home extremely happy with a brand new phone and monthly bill that is lower than when I went in! Amazing! Thank you Bryan and team!
