Amazing service! The Verizon agent(fayaz or Francis) who helped me transfer my number from T-Mobile was incredibly patient and kind. I didn’t have my account number or transfer PIN, and my son (the account owner) was out of town. After multiple trips to T-Mobile with no help, he personally called and handled everything for me. Thanks to his dedication, my line was successfully transferred. It’s because of agents like him that Verizon earns trust. Truly appreciate it!

Came in for an upgrade to the new iPhone 17 pro after getting a run around from the corporate store in Dublin with an online order I placed. I didn’t have a phone for 3 days because inventory was hard to find. Francis helped me cancel the online order he reviewed my account and let me know I was paying extra for Verizon cloud he helped me remove it and hooked me up with an iPad as well. Really appreciate the staff here they are all very knowledgeable and really kind this is my go to spot now all of them extended help to assist me during my visit! Thank you guys

Do not go to an authorized Verizon retail store! Instead go to a Verizon corporate company. I had placed an ordered for my new phone for pick up at this location. When I arrived the employee claimed they were having system issues so they could not upgrade my phone although she had the actual phone with her. When I called the actual Verizon line the representative told me what happened was probably the San Ramon employee made an error and advised that I should not go to an authorized retail store since they just want customers to buy phones directly with them. The employee did not even give me alternative resolutions and was not helpful at all. Long story short I advise you if you are going to upgrade your phone and order online do not go through this San Ramon location.

I had to go here three times. First time to upgrade my phone and told me I would receive a promotion and get a $500 credit to use on a new watch or iPad. He did not mention ANYTHING about needing to keep a number active for 36 months with a monthly fee. Then the order just sat there for two months. Went back in the second time and they had to reorder both the phone and watch. Third time to pick them both up, the watch was the 46mm not the 42mm I had tried to order the first time. He said take it home and see if my wife would be ok with this. When I came back a fourth time to swap and get the 42mm, he charged me the $27 visit fee. And now I’m still stuck with a false promotion and will have to go return the watch and tell them to return my acct back to the original plan. The employees aren’t rude but they are clearly not telling the whole story aka giving false information.
