I had to go here three times. First time to upgrade my phone and told me I would receive a promotion and get a $500 credit to use on a new watch or iPad. He did not mention ANYTHING about needing to keep a number active for 36 months with a monthly fee. Then the order just sat there for two months. Went back in the second time and they had to reorder both the phone and watch. Third time to pick them both up, the watch was the 46mm not the 42mm I had tried to order the first time. He said take it home and see if my wife would be ok with this. When I came back a fourth time to swap and get the 42mm, he charged me the $27 visit fee. And now I’m still stuck with a false promotion and will have to go return the watch and tell them to return my acct back to the original plan. The employees aren’t rude but they are clearly not telling the whole story aka giving false information.

I visited Verizon to inquire about the latest iPhone models and available color options. The representative who assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided clear explanations of the current plans and promotions, which made selecting the best option very straightforward. I was able to transfer two lines and upgrade to new devices seamlessly. He also assisted with transferring my files and photos and ensured my new phone was fully set up before I left. Overall, I received excellent customer service and had a very positive experience.

I'm happy to see some people had great service, but wasn't my experience. Very little follow through and too many issues with "scam" feeling offers. Went in to get my daughter a phone (no trade in) and my phone upgraded. With two deals, offered to waive the activation fee ($39), but need to wait 3-4 billing cycles to see on your bill. As you will find out, NONE of these "waived fees" or "rebates" are in writing. It's just, "keep checking your bill for the next 3-4 months and it will show up". Was in last week and was told my daughters phone would be in Sunday. I received no update come Sunday. Was dealing with Fayaz and he gave me a biz card, scribbled out the number and wrote his cell phone on it. I sent him a text on Monday asking for an update, and heard nothing back. (It's Wednesday, and still nothing!). I finally made it down yesterday, Tuesday and the phone was in. After some confusion on the activation for the phone, I thought we were done. The rep I was dealing with pressing HARD to get me to buy some accessories. I'm in sales and I could tell this meant a lot to him, and he said anything I bought up to $150, I would be credited back, but of course, it would show up in 3-4 months on the bill! To help him out (he seemed like a nice guy, Francis), I went ahead and paid $120 bucks for $20 bucks in accessories. We will see if I get the credit. If so, I would consider coming back and adding one or two stars, but only after another 3-4 billing cycles. After I got home, I received an email with the receipt. Another charge for "remaining phone balance". What?? The offer was FREE iPhone 16 pro with no trade. Sooo, what balance. Back down to the store today. After some debate, the rep kept trying to explain that it had to do with the 36 months of billing. So, I basically said, "so, technically, not a free phone"! The whole process was exhausting and like so many people have committed, if at all possible, go to the corporate stores, not the privately owned ones. I wanted to feel like I was in a phone shop, not a used car lot. Like I said, if all my credits/rebates come through, I'll add one or two stars within 3-4 billing cycles. Cheers
