Little did I know this is a Verizon retail store NOT an authorized Verizon branch. How anybody would know the difference is beyond me - but they are trying to scam you at absolutely every turn and add on all these random charges. And then on top of it all being rude when I push back and ask questions. It has taken me hours and hours and hours (in a Verizon branch and on the phone) to unwind the mess they put me through. Unbelievable. DO NOT COME HERE.
