The staff was fairly helpful, but the overall attitude and attention to detail could have been better. I felt that they were doing the minimum to assist rather than genuinely trying to resolve my issue. The experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service.

Had a great experience at this store transferring 4 lines from Tmobile to Verizon. Sales Rep Sanjana really came through with exceptional support and made sure each and every promotion got applied correctly.

This store is the worst I’ve ever been to. I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and have been having issues with my signal. I went to ask for help and some other questions, but the guy who helped me was incredibly rude and aggressive. Not only was that, but the service was terrible. I definitely won’t be coming back to this store, and I’ll be going back to T-Mobile where I’ve never had this kind of experience.

Verizon store customer service rep Kayee and manager Trevor absolutely saved the day—and this review! Honestly, some reps in that store come across as either rude or just checked out, but Kayee was the complete opposite: welcoming, kind, and a true rock star.
Our 92-year-old mom spent 5.5 hours in the store battling the endless nonsense Xfinity put her through just to transfer her mobile service to Verizon. Through it all, Kayee and manager Trevor were beyond patient. They not only treated our mom with respect but kept her company, making her feel cared for the entire time.
The best part? Trevor worked his magic and finally got her brand-new Verizon iPhone up and running! What could have been a nightmare turned into a huge relief because of their kindness and persistence.
Verizon, take note: Kayee and Trevor are the reason this is a 5-star review. And several of your other reps could use a tune-up!
