Verizon in San Luis Obisoo California said I had to have 2 of their iPhone 11 free with 3 year sign up then rates doubled then both fragged out died shortly after 3yr contract was up and flooding me with text and e-mails “upgrade your phone free just sign up for 3 more years rates will go up but (“phones are free” lol’)” rates went up anyways using my own phones so I canceled now they are charging me knowing I canceled service they said they would refund me my money I went to consumer cellular $50 3 phones was $120 for two Verizon & they are still billing me won’t refund the charges owed me. Had to pay my bank to stop payment on future auto debit charges NEVER EVER TRUST VERIZON THEY DO THIS TO EVERYONE WHO CANCELS SERVICE W/ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!

Not for this store in particular, although they are pretty useless for non-wireless customer support. Do not get 5G wireless with Verizon, you'll have to spend an hour on the phone to cancel, only to get bombarded with emails two months after returning the modem threatening a $200 charge if it's not returned.
Called Verizon and they have no record of receiving it, they want me to follow up with UPS. Seriously. This is after I already received a confirmation email from them that they received the modem btw. If you do have to do business with Verizon, keep all your UPS receipts for at least a year after cancelling, the confirmation email apparently means nothing.

Verizon is charging me for an extra line I did not approve. After spending hours on a chat with a representative online, they told me to go in store to finish taking care of removing an extra phone line after returning a phone upgrade and they would have the notes saved online for a store rep to take care of this for me. Drove an hour to the store in SLO and the could not help me remove the line from my bill. Horrible situation they put me in. They told me they have not been able to do this for years. All Verizon representatives need to all be informed of the rules in stores.

Horrible customer service. Charged my bank for watch for three months after account was canceled. $120. For services not rendered. Claimed it was my fault for not canceling AutoPay when I had no way to login to their web. Vultures legal action is started.

Well I filed the report as they asked in their response to this review. They promised to escalate and respond. I filled out their forms immediately. Obviously they are hypocritical and not to be trusted.
