    I went into the Verizon Victoria store to add three additional lines to my family plan, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a simple process turned into over 12 hours of waiting while they struggled to port over the numbers for the three new lines. There were issues porting one of the numbers, and the staff told me they needed to open a temporary extra line to complete the port. I was repeatedly assured that this extra line would not appear on my bill and that I would not be charged for it. When my next bill arrived, I found charges for that extra line anyway—contrary to everything they told me. I escalated the issue to the store manager, Dion Ball, who apologized and told me it was a mistake. He assured me I would receive a credit—including a total of $480 for the time I spent trying to resolve their errors. He promised it would appear on my next bill. The next bill came, and no credit appeared. When I contacted Dion again, he told me the credit would take 1–2 billing cycles. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited three full cycles, and still nothing. Now, Dion has completely stopped responding to me. After being a loyal Verizon customer for over four years, I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism at this store. In my experience, they made promises they did not keep, and when it came time to follow through, they simply ghosted me. It feels like they expected me to just give up and let it go. I believe this situation was handled irresponsibly and improperly, and I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. I strongly urge everyone else to think twice before coming to this location.

    This store is the best and amazing place. I went in there extremely worried and upset because I had crushed my phone. I had no way of getting a hold of family as they all live very far away. I didn't have any phone numbers 😟Harmony, Dion and Pearla spent so much time and help they were amazing, supportive and BEST ☺️Because of them I will be a lifelong customer of Verizon

    ⭐ 1 Star Review This store is absolutely terrible. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially Pearla — she was super rude, dishonest, and completely unreliable. She promised my phone would arrive in 3–4 days, but I ended up waiting over a month! During that time, I visited the store 8 times, and every single visit was a nightmare. Nobody helped me, and everyone had a bad attitude. When the phone finally showed up, the promotion she promised had already expired, and she just said “the whole thing got messed up.” No apology, no solution — just excuses. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never ever come back, and I warn everyone — don’t waste your time or money here!

    This location scammed me. I had t mobile plan with my family and this verizon location told us it would be 15$ a line and our bill is triple that amount. Its been over a month of going here for them to fix it and they don’t fix it. Absolute fraud
