- SSsamirOct 22, 20251.0Got a business account and was told 15$ per line and after i switched over to verizon its more than double that amount and every time i tell them they say they will fix it and they dont. Thats not even mentioning it took 2-3 weeks of being there for hours for them to even fully port all the lines. Worst place ever do not go its a disaster

I came in with a pretty frustrating issue about adding a second phone number to my account, and Claudia not only took the time to dig into it, but fully fixed the problem. She went out of her way to make sure I wouldn’t get charged extra or hit with any surprise fees, even speaking directly with a customer service agent to advocate for me. Claudia was professional, patient, and really cared about making sure things were right.
