    If you want to avoid having to deal with Verizon the company on the phone for over two hours fixing these people's mistakes, please avoid this location at all cost. My family came last week and interested in some phones that were not available in the store. We specifically requested the phones to be ordered, ship to the store and we come to the store to pick up. Sophia assisted us. While she was friendly, she did some shady things on our account that even the Verizon representatives on the phone could not fully comprehend and stated that this is not how things are supposed to be done. My husband followed up 09/26 with Sophia to inquire if any of the phones we ordered have arrived at the store, to which she said no. My husband checked our verizon phone app today to come to find out a phone was "supposedly delivered to our house and signed by a D. David" on 9/24. First of, we do not know a D. David, and came to find out because I spoke with him myself on the phone when I called that he works for their store. When he first picked up the phone, he did not mentioned his name. I told him the situation and specifically inquired about the Galaxy Samsung order. He then promised me he would call me back in 10 minutes once he had looked up my account, which he did not called me back. I called the store back about 30 minutes later, and he stated, "well Sophia is not going to be here until 3 pm. What is it that you need help with?". I explained my concern to him 30 minutes ago, but apparently he was not listening because I guess he didn't assist us when we came to the store in person a week ago. Frustrated, i got off the phone and called Verizon customer service directly. He then left me a voicemail, again without his name, to call the store back as he had some updates. I called back and he said your iphones are not shipped out yet. We were not even discussing about iphones to begin with. The Verizon customer service had to assist me with creating a ticket and escalated to his or her manager for fraud. I wasted two hours of my time today trying to figure out what these people did to my Verizon account. I have never had such a terrible experience. I'm not referring my friends nor family to this store ever. Now I have to wait for Verizon customer service to investigate and find out what they did to my account.

    David at Verizon was exceptional. He was juggling my add a line and new phone along with assisting 8 other people. He mentioned he was alone for today but rather than have a negative deposition as more walk ins came into the store he stayed focused while offering great customer service.

    Please be advised that l have just received an excellent costumer’s service from miss Sophia Sok the Verizon staff at 5801 Cottle Road, San Jose. I started using Verizon June 13, 1990 and had never received such quality service ever. Please be aware that you have a super sensitive employee.

    David was extremely professional. He helped us use our two free upgrades. He also helped us cancel a device that an employee forced us to put on our account years ago. Give this man a raise he deserves it.
