She doesn't even take look at us. When we aske her how long we have to wait she said she doesn't know.She blame that we are late. It is the worst servive we have experienced. 12/22/2025.

Deb and Sam were the main reps I engaged with- Deb being the main rep who helped me set up my new phone and iPad- and they were fantastic to work with! Super personable, knowledgeable, and made sure I knew all of the details between choosing a device and bundles I was eligible for! I would go here again and highly recommend requesting to work with Deb or Sam!

When I asked if they had any current promotions or deals for their 5G home internet he initially said no and told me their current prices. When I showed no interest and was ready to leave he suddenly said, "oh wait I might be able to get a promotion from my manager." But then he didn't even call a manager and pulled one "magically" from his iPad (how convenient). When I then said thanks and that I will think about it given what the offer was and prices, he immediately said, "Well this promotion is only valid today and you can cancel in 30 days if you aren't satisfied". So there was no promotion, and then all of a sudden a promotion expiring on that day, and now Im being told to sign up on the spot...........The man was literally a swindler just trying to get me to sign up instead of addressing my needs and concerns.Not to mention had horrible customer service. Beware.
