Once the phone arrived, Pablo took over and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great customer experience. His dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the setup process seamless. Pablo is a great asset to this store, and his professionalism and care really stood out. While both Elias and Pablo were incredibly helpful, I want to especially highlight Pablo’s exceptional service. He is very knowledgeable about the various promotions & plans that are available at Verizon & know them all without looking at the computer. Even Verizon.com customer service did not know about certain promotions, but when I ask Henry , he confirm as of today 10/27/2025 if you add a line from another carrier on the welcome plan & use your own phone, you will get a negative $25 adjustment on your line of $30 . Net cost is only $5 for the line plus the taxes & fees for that line of $7.94 , which results in total cost of the line of $12.94 . Even a Verizon.com representative said no such promotion exists . I confronted Henry & ask that a retail store in Sacramento mention to me such a promotion exists. Henry immediately acknowledged that such a promotion did exits & in fact last month the adjustment was not only $25 but it was $30 the full cost of the plan & all you have to pay is just the taxes & fee for the additional line of $7.94 Henry knew right away & knew last month the adjustments was even more , whereas representatives at Verizon.com did even know such a promotion existed! From now on Henry Mercado is my guy for cell phone services, he is very knowledgeable & helpfully , it’s just what everyone needs
