    Wow!!!! We ordered a phone through these guys.We come to pick it up and they tell us that our card was declined.Even though we could see on our bank account that the money had already been taken out. The man helping us told us that we were going to have to pay for the phone again. To the tune of almost five hundred dollars. Then, they accused us of trying to steal a case. Refused call customer service. Extremely rude. Then, we get in the car and call verizon, and they tell us that our payment did go through and that we should be able to pick up the phone. We have five lines to these guys, including our company phone. I can't imagine treating someone this way.

    Dealing with Verizon the past month has been an absolute nightmare. We first were dealing with Verizon online and the customer service line, but since they kept messing up, we decided to come into the store. From there, it became more of a dumpster fire. In August we ordered a phone for myself, my father and my husband. Theirs came in, but mine didn't. We found out after calling that that phone was lost in transit and had to be returned before we could order another one. Once it was found, which we only knew because we called, we ordered another one and were told it would be there by that Friday. Since it never came in again, we went into the Verizon store to get additional assistance. We were told they would be able to order a phone on Wednesday and that they would text me that I am able to come in and order it, but I never received that text. When we came back in on Thursday, we dealt with an extremely rude sales associate. I was visibly frustrated and kept stating which phone I wanted (iPhone 16), he kept questioning me as to why I didn't want the 17. I told him it was much more expensive, I didn't like the look of it, and that I simply wanted the iPhone 16 that I had been trying to order for weeks. From there, one of the gentlemen who helped us before came out and took over. When we explained the situation, he insisted he texted me the day prior. When he checked, he had texted a different number tied to our account. So, I had no idea that I could reorder. We were then told that we could no longer order iPhone 16s because the new one was coming out, so at this point we were SOL. That night we ordered the iPhone 17 online because we had no other option. I won't get it in until mid-October now, and my phone does not work anymore at all. I would like to stress our original sales associate and the manager were both looking for solutions and handled the situation very well. They were both very authentic and apologetic. The other one however, was extremely rude and I am shocked he's in sales at all because no part of me in that situation ever considered buying anything from him. We are now working with Verizon online to fix the situation, but I am now out of a phone when I travel for work, so this is not safe. We have been customers for over 20 years and have 7 lines tied to this account, so this was extremely disappointing all around.

    Needs to work on this branch I had problem with my phone and there is what associate his name was Ken "Asian guy" and he did not try to help me. I am going to different location.
