    I bought a Pixel phone around March 31, 2025 at a promotional price. The managers took in my iPhone (it was also at a promotional trade-in value of $1,000). They made me pay the difference (taxes and fees). The bills have been wrong all this time. I still have the conversation record showing they stopped responding. I had to call Verizon (by myself because I couldn't get a hold of the 2 managers Jaime and Yaritza) many times to verify that Verizon received the iPhone, to fix the promised credits and apply the trade in amount. Until now, almost a year later, only some issues have been fixed, the $1,000 trade in still doesn't reflect on the bills. The staff at this store lie and Verizon is a scam. They just opened the tickets and closed them without fixing the issue.

    Nothing again this store. Staffs were great. It’s just Verizon won’t honor my promotion that i was supposed to get in October which my phone ended up wasn’t delivered due to dumb signature system. They won’t honor the upgrade options without trading in which i was supposed to get initially. Been a customer for 10+ year but still frustrating about how their system work sometimes… Completely waste of time, effort, appointment with a store associate that cannot help with my issues. Beside the credit that I got for my account (that was actually my tax paid for the phone and activation fee), nothing came out positive about this experience. I guess wont be getting any new iphone until i18 came out.

    This was my first time visiting the Verozon store on story and king and had a great experience. I did a walk in appointment to to trade in my old phone with credit to my account. Jaime the associate who assisted me was polite and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions. It only took him 5 minutes to assist me and I was out the door. I have not received this reliable and fast service from a retail store in while. I will definitely be coming here again.

    My new favorite phone store! I had my older Kyocera go into a death spiral after about 7 years of loyal service and in that time, all the little Verizon stores had gone away. I looked for one and found this was a business center so decided to go here. I get around by bike but am always interested in avoiding hectic traffic and found the #22 bus goes right to this place. So going there was no problem. And, they had the phone I wanted in stock. The people there are helpful and knowledgeable, and equally fluent in English and Spanish. The service was great, my new phone is great, and I'm very impressed. So I highly recommend this store.

    I placed an order through my app for express pickup late in the evening. The phone was in stock and since it was late I knew it’d be ready the next day. The next day comes and the moment the store opened the status on my account showed they were preparing my order. 6 hrs later and the status didn’t change so I went to the store to see what the hold up was. They told me it was in the back and they could give it to me in 5 min. I still waited over 45 min. Not sure what the hold up was but if you advertise express pickup for an in stock item and it’s paid for, you should have it ready within the appropriate time instead of having me to physically go in the store and ask them to start packing my order.
