I had my older Kyocera go into a death spiral after about 7 years of loyal service and in that time, all the little Verizon stores had gone away. I looked for one and found this was a business center so decided to go here. I get around by bike but am always interested in avoiding hectic traffic and found the #22 bus goes right to this place. So going there was no problem. And, they had the phone I wanted in stock. The people there are helpful and knowledgeable, and equally fluent in English and Spanish. The service was great, my new phone is great, and I'm very impressed. So I highly recommend this store.

The next day comes and the moment the store opened the status on my account showed they were preparing my order. 6 hrs later and the status didn’t change so I went to the store to see what the hold up was. They told me it was in the back and they could give it to me in 5 min. I still waited over 45 min. Not sure what the hold up was but if you advertise express pickup for an in stock item and it’s paid for, you should have it ready within the appropriate time instead of having me to physically go in the store and ask them to start packing my order.
