- KKKyleSep 17, 20251.0Worst mobile decision we have ever made After 15yrs with T mobile we switched to Verizon and this has been the worst mobile decision we've ever made. * Our information was sold so now we recieve more than 20 spam calls a day when we use to recieve none. * During the transfer the number was ported early causing our phones to be shut off and they didnt have our phone in stock so now we had no working phone number and no new phone. * We now have the worst signal we've ever encountered not having signal up to 80% of the day. Sometimes were only allowed to call each other. * I went to cancel within my 30 days but was informed that due to the issues they would wave my phone $1400 and add a credit. * My 30 days is up and I said this enough I want to cancel and now magically I owe $1400 for the phone that the manager confirmed with his boss that it was waived due to the issues I was having. I have this convo recorded and considering legal action. * So now we pay for a service we do not get , we have to pay $2500 to cancel our services, and I would never recommend verizon to anyone.
- TGTill GuldimannAug 4, 20251.0Customer service is very polite but ineffictive because they can’t make decisions on their own when thee Verizon ordering system screws up an order and they refuse to take responsibility. I exchanged my old Samsung flip to the latest edition which they promised to ship in 5 days. After 2 weeks I went back to the store to complain. They said the system cancelled the order, [I was never informed] and a new order woukd cost me an extra $500. When I protested their excuse was “the system”. When I protested they suggested I call their 611 help line. I called from the store. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone, they finally found a solution to give me the new flip at the original trade-in price. In total opent over 4 hours in the store!!!.
