Needed a fecal run, so i brought it in to this hospital where the doctors refused to help me at all. I asked them to call the treating hospital and the doctor refused and said they wouldn't do anything unless i brought my car in for them to see personally. This was the farthest thing from necessary, the doctor clearly only wanted to pad their numbers and get more exams in. The staff seemed friendly but they were stuck in a hard place between their boss (the onsite doctors) and trying to help me. My cat died 2 days later, i don't hold this hospital responsible for my cats death, but they sure didn't do anything to try to help me. Very disappointed with how my cat and i were treated
