- OOONENov 3, 20255.0I have been a customer of both Verizon and Tmobile. I decided to switch to Total Wireless for more affordability, and since Total Wireless uses the same 5G towers as Verizon, I didn't see any issue with cell or data services. I'm happily surprised with my new service with Total Wireless. I was transferring from Verizon but encountered an issue. Lexi, the representative who assisted me resolved the issue with customer support. Also, I'm glad Lexi convinced me to just get a new phone free instead of using my cheap old phone to port over. I really like my new Motorola G Power. My phone plan is very affordable, cheaper than Verizon and T-Mobile. Thus far, the service with Total Wireless is excellent. I get text and email updates to my phone, immediately, upon any new info or changes made to my account. The customer service seems very good!
