I hate going into phone stores but wow was it a pleasant experience . Kevin definitely knew what he was doing and patiently explained and guided me through the purchase process . I walked out with a new iPhone 17 with a gooddiscount I can’t get with another retailer , thank you!!!!!

Explicitly told the worker I was looking for an iPhone 15+ but they informed me they were out of stock and pushed for the 16+ promotion without outlining the exact cost of what they were charging in the offer. I clarified I needed the phone to have an unlocked SIM since I will be leaving the country in 2 days multiple times and they reassured me it would be unlocked right after purchase. The worker deliberately did not mention Verizon policy that the phone would be locked for 60 days and had my father who is not fluent in English sign off on forms as they tried to pitch internet service to me. I went home to find this policy myself when checking the website. This store is shady and the workers only care to make a certain quota. Charged ridiculous prices for a screen protector they refuse to refund back "because it was used" when I never asked for it and an activation fee despite the fact I immediately returned to the store and returned the phone the next morning and bought an unlocked phone at Apple. Multiple reviews have shared the same experience of how these employees deceive you and charge every accessory ever and outright lie about why something you already have would not work. When changing over sims, they made a mistake and my father who took over my old phone had his contacts completely wiped and now the device is merged with another phone in the family. When arriving the next morning right as they opened, we asked the employee how to fix it and she did not assist us. She simply told us to flip a setting off on our own instead of guiding us and it did not fix the problem. The employee also acknowledged how I was not informed of their SIM lock policy and was charged unfairly and said it was a misunderstanding. It's ridiculous to say it was a misunderstanding when I clearly stated the purpose of my purchase and they did not disclose policies knowing they would not make a sale, had I been informed. Absolutely no integrity and are very deceptive.
