After 2 months of using Verizon, they signed me up for all kinds of services I didn't agree to, charge me a $80 fee in person that didn't even apply to my bill, and upsold me on home internet to get a Nintendo Switch that was INVALID. We were there for 4 hours figuring all of this out. This location, and all VISTRA ran locations, are scams. I would never come back. Even the manager above Jasmine had no clue what the promotions were and everyone was confused on store policies and promotions. Worst case scenario, I saw 4 other customers at the time I was in there and all they did was call the Verizon support line. This store is a joke.
