Bad experience. I bought a second Apple Watch from Verizon but the cellular wouldn’t activate. I go to this store the first time and we ran out of time but I got instructions of how to do it at home. Somehow Verizon added a third watch to my account that I don’t even own. Not sure what IMEI that even was. But the second one still wasn’t active. So I go back to Verizon to get that third watch removed. The guy almost removes the first Apple Watch too. And says “I know what I’m doing” and was kind of rude. Clearly not. He was about to deactivate the watch I actually have. Also, the second watch still didn’t work. Overall, I went to this store twice just to have a third watch added out of nowhere, the guy was rude, and the new Apple Watch I actually bought from them still does not have a cellular connection. Good job guys.

Went into the store to pair a cellular Apple Watch with my phone. Immediately I was told to call tech support. As I tried to explain what I wanted to do, I was told I’m “not explaining myself correctly”. The rudest customer service I’ve experienced at any Verizon store.

Cancelled my online order without letting me know due to stock issues. Let me know a store nearby had stock, but wouldn’t re-order for me. Do better.

Shady. They are selling plans and phones in store for more than what you can just get online. I showroom shopped, showed them the lower price online and they wouldn’t match it.

I have never been so disrespected by a customer service professional. I went in to pay off devices for my family and my mother after switching to another carrier. At first I was greeted with a smile by Joaquin. This quickly turned negative when I said I was no longer an account holder and wanted to pay off my devices. He "couldn't find" our devices to pay off, even though they are one click away online. He claimed the time period passed. I then asked to look up my mother's account to ensure everything was paid off and there were no loose ends. He was able to access that one. As my mom is not able to manage these functions for herself I am on her account. He said there was nothing to see and if I wanted to know if the account had action items I would need to call. I asked why I would have to call if I was at an authorized Verizon store and that I was doing this on behalf of my mother who cannot do it herself. He get very nasty, aggressive, and raised his tone saying he hated how "people like me thing people with disabilities and seniors cannot do things." (Side note, I am a special education teacher and teaching advocacy, self-determination, and independent living skills is my full-time job) and he does not know my mother's cognitive functioning. I asked to speak to someone else as it didn't seem we were going to get anywhere. He said he was the manager and there was no one else, at this point he was very aggressive, repeating himself, talking over me and mansplaining. He then threatened to call the police on me and demanded I leave. Another reason to switch to T-Mobile. Never have I ever been kicked out of a cell phone store by a store manager on a power trip making assumptions about my intentions to act as my mother's care provider and to make sure everything was squared away with our accounts. I will be reaching out to customer service as well. I hope no one else who wanders by in need of support is treated like this. Truly appaling.
