I went into this location to check on getting a new phone in-house or whether I could get a better deal elsewhere and just have them activate it. I dealt with Abby. Long story short, I made three trips into the store, one of them 3 hours long, and then still had to drive up to the Corporate store in Laguna Niguel after my account got locked by Abby's incompetence. Needless to say, I was livid. I found out at Corporate that the authorized dealers aren't the real Verizon store. Lesson learned. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever been subjected to. I will either purchase a phone at Corporate or change carriers altogether.
