Costs: Their rates are fixed, no hidden costs, no upselling, no gratuities either. Service: The cleaning is great, the solution they use is organic seaweed-based, no toxic chemicals. And carpets get cleaner over time (old stains don't come back, and new stains are harder to take hold). Trust: And, they will give you the right advice for your cleaning needs. I got a used sofa and wanted it cleaned by them last week. Jeff told me it's covers are zippered and I can pop them in the laundromat for much cheaper. He cleaned the central ottoman it had, and didn't charge me for it.

They're dependable, hard-working, thorough & just do an all-around fabulous job. The "dry" method of cleaning that they use is great for us because we don't want our carpets saturated with water/mold. And, best of all, they've literally prolonged the life of our carpeting by YEARS, making it last through raising 3 children + a dog.
