Good deals but,I recently visited one of the retail locations to complete a purchase that I initially attempted online. Although I expected to pay approximately $100 more in-store, I was comfortable with that difference. However, during the transaction, I experienced several issues that I believe warrant your attention. Despite clearly stating that I did not want any additional services or add‑ons, the sales representative, Brooklyn G., proceeded to add subscription services such as Netflix and HBO to my account. When I declined these services, I was told they were “free,” even though I reiterated that I did not want anything added. I later discovered these add‑ons had been applied anyway and had to remove them myself and request a refund. Additionally, I was quoted a monthly price of $140 for two unlimited lines and two iPhone Air devices. After reviewing the plan through your mobile app, I was able to adjust the same setup to $90 per month, which raises concerns about transparency and accuracy in the pricing provided by the representative. I am bringing this to your attention because these practices can easily mislead customers and create unnecessary frustration. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed to ensure that future customers receive accurate information and that add‑ons are not applied without explicit consent.

Brooklyn was high energy and incredibly friendly. They stayed late when our transaction accidentally ran up to closing time and explained everything involved with the process. I would go to this store again because of Brooklyn’s help.

This Verizon is a third-party. They’re not officially Verizon. They’re misleading by using that logo they charged me 40 bucks to do a SIM transfer And I looked it up Verizon does that for free and then I I realized they are not officially Verizon, but they’re misleading. The person that charged me was somebody named Taylor, I understand even it’s a third-party they gotta make money, but 40 bucks is ridiculous, I had to wait for two hours before they even gave me the price. It’s completely unprofessional and if you were gonna go here just go to an official Verizon store. They’re not official BEWARE! And then they work on commission and they try to sell stuff to you even after you’ve told them no multiple times

Worst management ever !!! Went in after switching from t mobile. Gary the manager said he can hook it up and offered all these deals, 2 free phones, and ensured he’d “take care of us”. We have not been taken care of at all!!! Our bill went from $400 at T-Mobile for 5 lines to $700 for a month at Verizon. At one point our lines got cut off because we were “behind” on a payment but we were told that with all the credits he’d apply to our account we wouldn’t need to make payments for at least 2 months. Those credits he promised, still to this date have not been applied, we switched in July. Overall very disappointed by his false promises, extremely high bills and lack of accountability. Will definitely be switching back over to t mobile very soon. I feel scammed and annoyed with how many problems we’ve had to face. The only ones that helped were customer service , and we’ve already complained about management with them also.
