I have been bringing my fur babies to this location since it opened and I can never stop saying great things about it. But, about a week ago, I had to make the difficult decision to put my dog to rest and the staff, from answering all my questions over the phone, to the day of, they were nothing but compassionate, caring, and empathetic. Now, Dr. Paul V, wow!! He's the most caring vet I have every worked with. He was so kind and made the heartbreaking situation more comfortable that I could have ever imagined. He gave my baby, Oso, the most peaceful and comfortable goodbye I could have ever asked for. My family and I even received a lovely card with the the team's signatures, giving our family their condolences. Thank you again for everything VCA Northside, my family appreciates each and every one of you. I hope you all know that your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

Everyone was friendly here. Shout out to the tech that was able to cut my daughter dog nails.. I'm IMPRESSED. This never happens. The poor dog nails are way too long she gives my daughter and the groomer such a hard time. The fact that they were able to trim them. 10 out of 10. Bravo!! Thank u soo much for your hard work and patience!!

Took advantage of the free exam coupon being as though I wanted to know what was wrong with my cat before her appointment at another vet - estimated cost was $600+ because they claimed she had a mass on the side that needed to be tested and a severe ear infection that needed to be swabbed and sent out to a lab too. i’m SO glad i denied the (overpriced) procedures! when her other appointment came up she was prescribed antibiotics and pain meds for the “mass” that turned out to be trauma from an infection of some sort and we were told she had NO sign of any sort of ear infection ~ my total bill from that trip? $100 which included the exam AND medication. my cat is now almost back to her old self 🖤 no thanks to this location!
