    This location need to be retrained. I shouldn't know. If it was gonna be a problem because when we walked in it was like I had to order food or something.A guy greeted me with a computer about what do I want? I thought I was at chick-Fil- A .My wife went here to return a modem that she didn't need and never used. And they told her that it got disconnected when she took it to the sales. Person said, there's nothing he can do my wife. Said yes, there is you can get a manager to do this process. He got a little puffy , but he went and got the manager and reluctantly the manage did it , but it was like an inconvenience to them. Not only did they have people waiting 30 and 40 minutes. for simple service. We or anybody we know will not be going to this location. I'm just warning you if you go take your slippers and your robe because you will be waiting.

    I’m very, very disappointed by the service. They don’t provide interpreters for people who don’t speak English, and the staff don’t seem to understand what the customer is saying. They were also rude and even cut the call.

    Worst Experience Ever! My brother was planning to switch his cell phone provider, so we visited this store and met Jose. On the first day, he offered a pretty good deal, and we agreed to switch. He asked for my brother’s SSN and ID, which we provided right away. After waiting nearly 2 hours, he came back saying the system couldn’t verify my brother’s identity — even after we showed all valid proofs. When I asked which system or contact was responsible for that verification, he refused to share and said it was “confidential.” The next day, Jose called again, offering a different deal, which we declined. Then he called once more saying he could give the same original deal, but it had to be under my brother’s wife’s name. Since she doesn’t drive, I took her to the store myself. When we arrived, I confirmed again if we’d be getting the same deal — he said yes. After another 2-hour wait, he returned saying, “I’ve got bad news — because your brother and his wife don’t have the same last name, we can’t give you the deal.” What that means??? Isn’t this a bullshit . That’s when we walked out immediately. Honestly, we should’ve raised our voice right there. Unprofessional, time-wasting, and misleading experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst place,

    This place rules. I check in. I get a drink from Starbucks next-door. Then usually they’re ready for me. It’s always super fast super pleasant. And because it’s an actual Verizon owned store, they can cut through the red tape and fix any problems faster.

    Everytime I visit, I am met with a new excuse as to why my issue cannot be resolved. A great deal of effort was put into convincing me to switch over to Verizon for my three business lines, but unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The manager on the business sode even performed an override in the system; however, my service in my area remains poor, and I have yet to receive the credit that I was promised for the back and forth equipement not working etc etc . As someone who manages multiple businesses, I rely heavily on dependable service and professional support. This ongoing situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and loss of time. I urgently need someone from Verizon Corporate to contact me directly to address and resolve this matter.
