    I’ve always had a great experience at Verizon Wireless thanks to Jeremy. Anytime I have an issue or need to purchase a new phone, I ask for him specifically. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Jeremy is a true professional and a big reason why I continue to stay with Verizon.

    Treated my mother in law and I like crooks, extremely rude and unprofessional. Verizon is lucky it's so inconvenient to switch plans or I'd take our 4 phones, 2 tablets, 2 home internet devices, and 2 watches somewhere else. The issue - on the weekend of 9-20-25 a service disruption caused my MILs LTE Home Internet to stop working. Even after the disruption was resolved the box was no longer provisioned. This service has been working for more than 2 years and she lives in a 5G UW area. Verizon has turned off access to any "new" customers. Because of these issues they are refusing to fix this and issue my MIL a new modem and have essentially left her without internet despite it being allowed at her address when we bought it and despite the signal actually being significantly better than we bought it. I called their customer service and they gave us an order number to send a new one out, but I guess it didn't go thorough. We then get told that the store will fix it. The store is why I am writing this review. They treated us terribly, acting like we were doing something wrong when really somebody at Verizon broke a lot of people's internet devices by not realizing that "not allowed now" doesn't mean that the device was never allowed and nobody seems to override it. Alexis at their store in particular was incredibly rude and probably shouldn't work in a customer facing role if she can't handle someone speaking to her in an irritated tone about an irritating situation that Verizon promised to fix twice and now they aren't fixing at all. I then call again and they tell me to wait 2-3 days for a call back and some system glitch. In the mean time no solution to this problem. Utterly ridiculous. At this point if I want to get internet services restored at her house Verizon is going to force me to violate their TOS and put in a fake address because they won't honor the deal we already had.
