Went in to see why my phone (that i bought there) wasn't holding a charge, this guy did everything in the book to NOT help at all. Gave me a number to call and kept giving me the run around as to why I absolutely had to call a random 1800 number he wrote down on a piece of scrap paper. I asked him if my phone was under warranty, he couldn't tell me. I asked him where all my information (DL, SS, etc...) went that was given to them to open the account and he said he doesnt know. Super super sketchy. And definitely SCAMMY!! Angel then decided to call 911, yes he called 911 and told the officers that we were threatening him, which was a complete lie and a false report, no threats were made other than i told him ill be calling his manager tomorrow. My partner and I just laughed and left because this guy totally knew he got caught trying to scam people. The manager and most definitely customers should be very very weary about this employee, hes definitely up to no good and he definitely did not like being caught.

I called repeatedly, but they didn't answer. I asked their manager why the bill was so high. He said, "I just checked and let you know." He didn't respond after that. Because of them, I got a bill for $900. For two months.
