  Terrible service. Only one person works there. I walked in and i was told to have a seat. After waiting 15 minutes, the gentleman sitting next to me advised he’s been waiting for over an hour. The clerk just looks at me and doesn’t say a word I get up and leave. He doesn’t give an explanation or tell me how long it will be before he can help me or nothing. It was obvious I just didn’t matter

  DO NOT under any circumstances do business with this store. Go to Corporate store off Douglas in Roseville. We ordered 2 phones to be shipped to store to add 2 lines to existing account. Received notification phones arrived AND we called Verizon to confirm they were there. We were told no phones were there, when we asked for clarification- Enrique Vegas was hostile, kept going to back of store, and would not try to help us locate the phones or call other stores to see if they had in stock. It was all bizarre behavior. Manager Ricky Jackson ran out of store, then called store to tell us on speakerphone we had to sign up TODAY with phones they had in stock, they would order replacement phones and we could come back to get those. I said absolutely not. Ricky was rude, screamed at us over phone so I hung up. Enrique then told us “ you should report Ricky. He knows what he did with your phones”. We left the store and immediately drove to corporate store on Douglas Blvd. Upon further investigation, Ricky Jackson did in fact sign for our phones via the UPS delivery and gave them to someone else. He could have told us that instead of wasting 3 hours of our time. They also had quoted us $360 for taxes on the phones and corporate only charged us &160 and waived our activation fee for everything shady and unprofessional this store did to us. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with these con artists. Go to corporate. They will take good care of you.

You turned our day around and reminded us what exceptional service really looks like.
