He never gave up on getting my phone active and was always multi tasking to help other customers so they would not have to wait so long.

Myself and the nice people outside who got here early to avoid the lines are all waiting outside as no one is here. UPS driver and the FedEx driver are also waiting along with the three of us. Extremely unprofessional and unfortunate that Verizon doesnt do a better job managing these Victra independent stores. UPDATE 1030. The man who came in shared there was a call out. The man here was super helpful and nice and had a great attitude. I changed the review from 1 star to 3. It would have been 5 stars for this young man but Verizon/Vctra failed to provide redundancy in my opinion to make sure there store was open.
