I was pleasantly greeted by Questian when I entered. He said, "Welcome in." I announced the reason for my visit and Questian took the reins from there. He was polite, extremely nice to work with and knowledgeable about his job. Towards the end of my visit, Yashir stepped over and also assisted with making sure my upgrade process went smoothly. I was delightfully impressed by their teamwork and how willingly he volunteered to help. The customer service provided was efficient and expertly carried out. Thank you both for such an over the top cellphone shopping experience. Shout out also to the General Managers on duty at that time. All the staff is totally awesome.

Diana and Erick were so helpful and had such patience with helping us, the struggle with getting our info with AT&T was no joke lol. Diana and Erick were such troopers in doing what they can to help us get what we wanted. We got to go home with our new phones, better service and our router and we would definitely recommend their service they provided they will go above and beyond! A+++++++ for great customer service, explaining everything in detail to make sure we understood and just having an awesome personality to make the time we spent there a total breeze and such a vibe.
- AYan YouAug 10, 20255.0My friend and I went in to upgrade our plans and get Wi-Fi set up at our place.Trading in our phones took longer than we thought, but Peter stayed really patient and was still helping us even after the mall closed:) Overall a good experience! Would recommend this Verizon over some others in Riverside. P.S. Sundays, maybe both weekends, the store does get really busy, so 30 mins or more than an hour wait might be expected. The staffs are working the best they could to get to everyone tho. Weekdays are usually way better.
