I was pleasantly greeted by Questian when I entered. He said, "Welcome in." I announced the reason for my visit and Questian took the reins from there. He was polite, extremely nice to work with and knowledgeable about his job. Towards the end of my visit, Yashir stepped over and also assisted with making sure my upgrade process went smoothly. I was delightfully impressed by their teamwork and how willingly he volunteered to help. The customer service provided was efficient and expertly carried out. Thank you both for such an over the top cellphone shopping experience. Shout out also to the General Managers on duty at that time. All the staff is totally awesome.
