    Horrible service I switched over my family plan to Verizon and I was the only one left with my new phone to transfer my phone number. I originally got the phone and Chino Hills, but I didn’t get the chance to transfer it. I went to this location asking if they can transfer it since I paid for everything and also the original location didn’t charge me for any transfer fees or any additional fees. The workers here are very dismissive and saying that this is a franchise store and not corporate. It doesn’t matter you shouldn’t be treating your customers like that and just waving for $40 fee. Horrible customer service.
