- BMBelinda MunozNov 12, 20251.0I’ve been going to this Verizon for a while now, I called to see about the promotions they have because I got a message saying I qualify for a new phone (& info about wanting to add a new line) I wanted to call to see if I can get more info and this guy answered the phone saying that he has no way to access my account over the phone which NEVER been the case when I called before for my account, (they need your first, last name & # to access it) & he wanted me to come in store right now so we can talk about numbers which I was already considering but after I got off work. You mean to tell me that you can’t help me over the phone to get a little bit more info on promotions to help you boost and land a sale? What a JOKE I ended up calling a store in Ontario & they were able to help me out less than 2min with all the info I needed. If this store goes based off on sales point system you lost another sale because your rep didn’t want to give me 5min of their time to help me get info on Verizon’s promotions, do better or find another job if you don’t like talking on the phone 😂

I’ve come for the past 5 weeks and all those times I’ve had to wait at least 45 mins to an hour and a half and not once was I acknowledged. I get placed on hold when I call customer support, and when I come in I can never get help at this store. Can’t stand Verizon, I want to switch but I need to be informed of my rights. Nobody can help me with information on changing carriers.
