The customer service was horrible and they were very dismissive and uneducated about my needs. I had my new phone and my Verizon paper bill all I needed was a transfer and help transferring my phone number to my new phone. I had the transfer number and account number and I gave them the information and they were still telling me to my face that they need the transfer and account number gave me the paper back and walked away and help someone else out. This place sucks and the customer service sucks and it deserves one star.
