Then I had to fix it by chat support. It was very bad experience to get quotes from them. Don’t go there.

All I wanted is to upgrade not change my plans. And this store was out of stock on devices. You are best to go to Best Buy, Costco or Sam’s and do your upgrades there, they will be in stock and they won’t make you change plans.
