- DCDebra ContrerasDec 14, 20252.0I am only giving 2 stars because the girl who tries to help me in-store is so nice. Otherwise, this service is very bad, if you try calling customer service, you will stay on hold endlessly and they will say there's nothing wrong and that there must have been a temporary outage. But this is a constant problem. Also, they don't tell you when you sign up that they own your phones for 1 whole year you can't go to another carrier. They tell you that you can quit anytime you want. Metro has a great app. I can't even get into the app total gave me here, I have to pay my bill in store every month. Sorry, but I must be honest for anyone else looking to change, Total wireless is not good.

- GBGarrett BaezaOct 25, 20252.0Good service, when you go to the shop, almost impossible to get live customer support, unless you have an account, my account was deactivated for the exact reason I said when I signed up, I'm on SSDI, most months I do not get my check until the 28th, I said this when I signed up, I was told that it would get changed last month, after my first bill, nope, not at all, so here I am, no phone until probably the 28th, and I can't do anything to fix it until the store opens, because customer service does not exist!!!!
