I was just picking up my phone, pay whatever I had to pay and wanted to head home and open MY new phone. In the split second I wasn’t paying attention, she opened my phone and removed the cover. Turned it on and started setting it up. It is understandable that she would want to help me out. But I wanted to experience opening my new phone, since I had waited almost a month for it. Every time I have been allowed to bring my device home and open it. I was very unpleased. I am still expecting a case to come in for it. She immediately disabled my old phone and activated my new one.
