When I walked in without an appointment, I was greeted immediately with "how can I help you." I was introduced to an associate, Xavier, who was quick to address my needs. I came in with one goal in mind; Add a new line of service (expecting an additional $50/month) to my existing Family Plan, and I walked out with a new line added for only $15/month to existing Family Plan, a loyalty credit for being a loyal customer, and a gift bag with an Anker power bank. As a long-time sales professional, I have expectations as to how the customer interaction/experience should be: friendly, customer-focused, solution-based, exceeding customer's expectations every time. Thank you, Xavier, for your attention to detail, thoroughness, and easy-going approach.
