    I want to warn others about a cheap and unnecessary sales trick I experienced at this Verizon location. I was subjected to a very obvious and intentional misleading promise just to close a sale. An employee named Gabriel told me he had a phone case “at home” and would bring it for me. After the sale was done, he suddenly couldn’t “find the case.” This wasn’t about the price of a case. It’s about honesty and integrity. And if an employee is willing to use such a small, sales trick to push a sale, how can I trust that my future bills will match what I was promised? This situation made me seriously question the transparency of the entire service. Because of this cheap trick, my confidence in Verizon has dropped to zero. I am actually considering cancelling my service altogether—not because of the case, but because trust once broken is hard to rebuild. To anyone reading this: Be cautious. Don’t rely on verbal promises, even for something as small as a phone case. If it’s not in front of you, don’t trust it. And this is without telling that I already got a bill for the previous month (before even starting with postpaid service plan) Extremely disappointed.

    Each time I have come in from the first time to my several times * cough cough* lol They have always assisted me so well. I’ve been lucky enough to be greeted and assist with by Patty and Jace. Backstory of myself, I’m not the same at tech and even if I do know remotely, what to do I still prefer an associate to complete the processes for me whether it’s from perks, registering for something, or just questions about my bill. Each time I come in, they greet me right away. And if no one’s ahead of me, they assist me right away. They’re super knowledgeable, professional, and have excellent interpersonal communication skills . They never make me feel like a bother for as frequent as I do come. This has been the best decision of our lives, switching over to Verizon from T-Mobile just for the customer service alone not to mention the pricing is better as well. Thank you Patty and Jace!

    I've been with Verizon a loooonng time & now it's time for my business to go try elsewhere the service here has gone down the drain sales rep doesn't respond to our emails mind you we've had about 3 or more sales reps,they have gotten way to expensive should have left sooner.good luck to them

    It was a good experience, my last phone I purchased at the Verizon store in Lake Elsinore on Central, it was a horrible experience, I will never go back to that store, it's not even a company store.
