- JRJackie RodriguezDec 18, 20255.0I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my kids’ phones as a Christmas gift, and even though the store was very busy, the experience was amazing. All of the employees were helping customers quickly, and no one seemed rushed or overwhelmed. I honestly thought my transaction was going to take a long time, but I was in and out much faster than expected. I walked out with everything I needed and happy. Angel, the manager, was especially great. He listened to what I needed, helped me consolidate my subscriptions into one bill which I didn’t even know was an option, and suggested home internet, which ended up being perfect for my small back house. We upgraded phones for my kids and myself, and he still managed to keep my bill at a reasonable price. Great service, great team, and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve been lucky enough to be greeted and assist with by Patty and Jace. Backstory of myself, I’m not the same at tech and even if I do know remotely, what to do I still prefer an associate to complete the processes for me whether it’s from perks, registering for something, or just questions about my bill. Each time I come in, they greet me right away. And if no one’s ahead of me, they assist me right away. They’re super knowledgeable, professional, and have excellent interpersonal communication skills . They never make me feel like a bother for as frequent as I do come. This has been the best decision of our lives, switching over to Verizon from T-Mobile just for the customer service alone not to mention the pricing is better as well. Thank you Patty and Jace!
