And guy 3 weeks ago told us wait call from us don’t show up when you receive a text. We received a text saying our phones arrived last Saturday and keep waiting. Nobody called us. And Tuesday decided to call the store but we were only able to talk with customer service. She said phones are delivered and ready to pick up. We made an appointment!!! When we showed up to pick our phones up on our appointment, different guy were there and he said they can’t find our phones, and we should wait call from them with unfriendly tone. I went there with my kid, wife and elderly father for what!!! Just embarrassed ourselves because they can’t do their job right!! Maybe time to change our service to other carriers because this is ridiculous. Just disappointed!!!

One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something else. They don't keep accurate notes in their system. If you don't need to go there, don't go. Expect to to be for a couple of hours just to get nothing done.
