- CSCriss SmithNov 26, 20251.0GETTING AN ATTORNEY. avoid working with the lead named Artem. he specifically gave me a nasty attitude and refused to help me. actually tried to shoo me out of the store to get out of doing his job and then proceeded to still not do his job. absolutely do NOT buy a phone from this store or from any verizon store. they do not know how to do their jobs here and will process all of your paperwork incorrectly. they will give you a different deal than what they offered making you pay more. when you ask them to fix it they just shrug their shoulders and brush you off. when you call customer service they tell you to fix things in store. when you go in store to fix things they turn around and tell you to call customer service. their own customer service doesn’t even want to deal with their customer service THATS HOW BAD IT IS. ONLY BUY A PHONE HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING SCAMED OUT OF $1000. thank you verizon for making buying a phone the WORST possible experience imaginable. NOW I HAVE TO GET AN ATTORNEY INVOLVED!
