I woke up New Year’s Day morning and smelled plastic burning and the light switch was very hot. Esteban came out as soon as he received the message and repaired everything for me. Nor was there any record of it even though the system stated several times calls were being recorded. Overall the tech was wonderful. Quick fix. It was just an unfortunate time to get lost in the mix since it was a day before Christmas Eve

He did such an excellent job and communicating that we took advantage of the $67 sewer line cleaning deal that Bonny had going on. We requested for Darren specifically. If you guys want a thorough, professional, on time, and well mannered individual, you should request him. Also give the man a raise!
