  This form is a little confusing, but here is my critique. KEVIN and his associate Justin were right on time. They worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They were very cordial and respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed them being here at my home Because you don’t always get service people with this caliber of respectfulness and knowledge. They were very pleasant to be around. And They didn’t seem to mind my questions all the time. I don’t know what else to say. You can send them to My Home anytime. Lots of knowledge, and just good people. You never would’ve known they were in my garage because they cleaned up perfectly. They put the old unit on the street where it was to be picked up and it was picked up shortly after they left. I have been with Bonney for several years now and I will continue to stay with your company. You are the very best in my opinion! Thank you so much for your help. One problem with this program, you are using, it doesn’t always punctuate or do my sentences as I say them. Lol.

  Aidan did a great job with diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system and clearly communicating the plan forward. Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer regarding parts that were under warranty so that Aiden can finish the job. $99 for diagnostic fee. Around $1300 for the total job.

  Jake, from Bonney plumbing, did an outstanding job of being courteous, efficient and competent. The various projects included new switches,10 year fire/smoke detectors and new fans to replace humidifier fans in bathrooms. Thank you Bonney for having such an outstanding employee!

  My water heater was leaking and Cory from Bonney arrived within a few hours. After inspection Cory promptly diagnosed my WH problems, explained everything clearly, professionally and politely and gave me his recommendations and a quote. He also discovered that my main shutoff valve was broken. By the next morning all repairs were completed. Cory was top notch in every way and extremely efficient.

  We recently hired Bonney to clean our HVAC system. The employees who came out were very kind and respectful, but unfortunately, the service itself was disappointing. The crew brought a machine that wasn’t working properly. They explained that their cleaning machine normally prevents dust and debris from blowing through the ducts, but because it malfunctioned, it ended up kicking up all of the dust instead. When we turned our AC back on, the dust spread throughout the entire house. They also weren’t able to finish the job the first day and had to return due to the equipment issues. We were also told when we purchased the service that an antibacterial or mold-reducing spray would be applied as part of the process. When we asked about it after the job was completed, the technicians had no idea what we were referring to. Since the person who sold the job returned to our house, they admitted there had been a miscommunication between departments. In the end, the job didn’t meet what was promised, and we’re still cleaning up dust coming from our vents several days later.
