Like most vets, they're not there when you need them most.

It was a little pricey but they helped make a difficult experience go smoothly. We had to euthanize my fur baby. I walked in with her crying and they were patient with me and let my boyfriend and friends help me with the check in process when I was dreading what was coming and couldn’t focus. The doctor was gentle but firm. She explained our options and told us no one would judge no matter what we decided to stay with her or go. They were very kind and gentle in explaining the cremation process and the euthanasia process. They gave us as much time as we needed with her before the final goodbye. We got to hold her as she went to sleep. It was very quick. When I lost it when it was confirmed her heart stopped the doctor said she was sorry for our loss and left the room to let us grieve. We were given time to grieve with her. When they came to take her they didn’t rush us and told us we could stay as long as we needed. Even leaving the staff was very empathetic. One of the worst things I’ve ever gone through but I’m grateful to the staff and the smoothness of it all so my baby no longer had to suffer.

I just put my dog Daisy down today. The staff were just amazing. The Dr. Didn't let me spend more money knowing the outcome would be the same. I didn't find the price outrageous and in fact, it was cheaper than I thought it would be. They were gentle, loving, and honest. I would pay anything for that type of care. I want to say thank you for helping me and my children through this horrible time. My vet from now on.( Kitt Anderson)

Very bad experience our family pet a small dog. Do not allow payment options, very rude woman at the front desk . Lack of empathy in times of need. Feel as if just a number to them. Over priced went to another location with my dog and he was treated immediately. My family will never return here again.
