You don't have to accept all the treatment plans 2. Even customer service people are human, sometimes you get what you give. 3. Payment terms are clearly noted, you wouldn't take kindly to your boss being in a difficult situation and asking you to accept a payment plan for your paycheck. Businesses have bills to pay just like everyone else. I do not work here, I have owned animals for most of my lifetime. If you are going to have a pet it helps to realize that they ARE going to need emergency care at some point. Make sure YOU are prepared to handle any situation that arises. It is YOUR responsibility as a pet owner.
