I brought my bike in for a full clean and tune-up to get it ready for summer. While the bike itself came back clean, the derailleur wasn’t adjusted properly, and the gears were skipping and shifting poorly, also the break disk was a a little bent causing issues. I get the feeling the bikes aren’t fully test-ridden before being returned. When you’re paying over $400 for a service, you expect the bike to come back fully functional and ready to ride, with a bit more attention to detail and care put into the work. This also isn’t the first time I’ve had issues after servicing at this shop, which is frustrating because the staff have always been very nice and professional to deal with.
