Long story short, we were significantly overcharged. I’ve been using cricket for years and never had any issues until today. So weird went to another cricket location and were told by a rep that poway location always received complaints. I see why now. I recommend going to any other location than this one. Not only were we overcharged in our billing, we also learned we were overcharged when we added a line to the plan (a completely different plan from the family plan we already had). We are not trying to get our money back…
