I was in need of a new carrier for my business and this sales rep took advantage of that and transferred my cell services over, ignoring the fact all my current iPhones were with T-Mobile and their technology is not compatible with Verizon. So, not only did this person ignore the information I provided him, costed my business thousands of dollars in downtime, but also started to ignore my phone calls and emails when I reached out to him in regards to a phone bill I received from Verizon for a day worth of services. SHAME on this kind of sales rep, people like him ruin companies name. I think he should be fired from this position so he is not cable of damaging other businesses or even Verizon itself like this.
